How it works

Every rule on the platform is built from 3 parts:

  • Trigger - the event that starts things off: a purchase, a referral, or any custom event you define.

  • Conditions - logic deciding whether this rule applies, such as a specific product, audience, or date range.

  • Reaction - what happens once triggered: points adjusted, a voucher issued, a badge awarded…

Our rules engine evaluates every customer action against your predefined conditions. When those conditions are met, it automatically applies the relevant rewards.

Reactions can stack - bonus points and a badge for the same action.

Campaigns

A campaign bundles earning rules - such as audience, dates, rewards - into a single unit you can switch on, pause, or end - with full flexibility on how it runs.

Rule-based

Rule-based

An always-on earning rule with no end state. E.g. "1 point per £1 spent."

Goal-based

Goal-based

Contains one or more missions (see more below), with progress tracked automatically.

Example: retail

Example: retail

A retailer runs a standing rule-based campaign ("1 point per £1") alongside a goal-based one ("buy 5 items, get a bonus").

Example: manufacturing

Example: manufacturing

A distributor grouping several campaigns - such as product or category-specific promotions - can manage them as one scheduled campaign ("October trade deals") instead of separately.

Missions

Missions are trackable goals within a goal-based campaign. Members see their progress and the reward fires automatically on completion.

Count-based feature icon

Count-based

"make 5 purchases"

Value-based feature icon

Value-based

"spend £1,000 this month"

Boolean feature icon

Boolean

"follow us on social media"

A campaign can hold several missions - a welcome series, for instance, combining a few boolean missions like “complete sign up” with count missions like “make your first 3 transactions”.

Time windows can be fixed, or start per-member from the moment they qualify.

Progress updates in real time via the API, so you can build a progress bar, counter, or checklist.

Rewarding milestones

Rewards for key moments in a member's journey - a 5th order, a referral milestone, an account anniversary.

Milestones use simple campaign logic, including a trigger (e.g. an order or a referral), a condition (e.g. this is the 5th one), and a reaction (such as points, a voucher, or a badge).

Milestone rewards

Milestone rewards

Turn progress into motivation and give them another reason to keep purchasing or engaging.

Tiers

Tiers are status levels that members climb as they earn points - Bronze, Silver, Gold - unlocking better rewards along the way.

Allow your users to unlock higher tiers with better rewards as they collect more points

Badges

Visual achievements members earn for specific actions or achievements.

Badges can combine with other rewards in one rule - e.g. bonus points and an "Influencer" badge for a high-reach social mention.

Example: an energy company offers different badges for customer actions they want to drive

Leaderboards

Automatic ranking so members can see where they stand.

Create competition

3 types: Lifetime (always on), Fixed period (set dates), Recurring (resets weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly).

Configurable: Audience scoping (VIP tier, region, product line); visibility of a member's own rank, not just the top; managed from the console.
