The challenge

Ravensburger wanted to relaunch their European loyalty program in a way that felt genuinely local in every market, while running from a single platform.

With customers spread across multiple countries, each with its own currency, language and merchandising priorities, the company needed a solution that could handle country-specific reward catalogues, local-currency points earning and seamless redemption across both retail stores and the European online store.

Without the right foundation, the program risked fragmenting across markets, creating an inconsistent customer experience and an operational burden for the team.

The solution

White Label Loyalty became the backbone of Ravensburger's relaunched program: a points-for-purchase scheme that customers can earn and burn across both retail and online channels in all locations.

Country-specific microsites give every market a localised experience, with translated content and reward catalogues tailored to each region, while points-earning logic is configured per currency so customers earn fairly no matter where they shop.

Points can be redeemed either as vouchers via the microsite or applied directly at online checkout for part or full payment, loyalty data flows seamlessly between channels, and personalised points balances and purchase history can be surfaced inside customer communications.

The program launched in four markets in March 2025 and expanded to seven more by September, with standout moments around Black Week and the New Year Puzzle Month campaign driving record registrations and redemptions. On the back of this success, Ravensburger is planning to roll loyalty into 20 additional countries in 2027.
