<p>Deleting your account will remove your personal information from Boon. This action cannot be undone.</p>

<p>If you would like to delete your Boon account, follow these steps:</p>

<ul>
    <li>Log in to your Boon account using Boon mobile app.</li>
    <li>Select the Profile tab from the bottom navigation and then select "Preferences".</li>
    <li>Scroll to the bottom and tap the "Close Account" button.</li>
    <li>Confirm that you want to close your account.</li>
    <li>After submitting your request, your account will be deleted instantly.</li>
</ul>

<p>If you are unable to delete your account via the app, or no longer have access to the app, please contact our Support team who can process this request.</p>

<p>Once your account is deleted it won’t be possible to restore any information connected to it, including your Boon points balance, activity and transactions history.</p>

<p>Although your data will be deleted, we may keep some information  for things like legal issues or terms violations to comply with the law and as stated in our <a href="https://whitelabel-loyalty.com/boon-privacy-policy">Privacy Policy.</a></p>
