SKB Bank, part of the OTP Group, is one of Slovenia's leading banks and has created a gamified rewards program, BONUS, as part of the OTP StartUp Booster Programme. 

The objective of the program is to incentivize and drive selected customer behaviours of the user group, including referrals, frequency of payment card usage, and engagement rate. 

The pilot program has exceeded all KPIs, resulting in growth in referrals, transactions, and engagement rates. The success of the pilot has led to the planning of a full-scale rollout of the program with White Label Loyalty.

Wesleyan, a UK-based financial services company, has developed two rewards programs, Wesleyan Rewards and Wesleyan Wallet,  to reward customers for their trust in choosing Wesleyan's financial services. 

The program's tailored rewards focus on the well-being of its members and have resulted in a significant increase in customer engagement and retention. Members have given positive feedback, and redemption rates are high, indicating that Wesleyan has chosen the right rewards for its target audience and offered true value to its members.

Dubai Holding's Tickit program, the first rewards program in the region to offer card-linked technology for users, has made earning and redeeming points effortless and instant for members at over 1,000 participating outlets and 300 brands across the UAE, including leading lifestyle and entertainment destinations.

 

 


These 3 finalists have demonstrated exceptional innovation, creativity, and outstanding results in providing real value to their customers while driving significant growth. White Label Loyalty is proud to have provided the technological capabilities behind these finalist programs.

 

The winners of the International Loyalty Awards will be announced at a gala evening in London on the 13th of June.
